GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Birch Run many times. The reasons why we come back is the location, service, and friendliness of the staff. Andy, the manger, is very personable and always goes out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Great customer service.
FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
It has a great location that was convenient to both the Birch Run outlet mall and Frankenmuth. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with directions from getting to Frankenmuth from the hotel. The rooms were very clean as well as the pool area. They have a great continental breakfast! I was very much looking forward to a simple weekend away from home and the staff was very friendly and helpful which made my weekend as relaxing as I had hoped.
